I'm not sure why this member of the allium family is called "Bean Burrito," but it is. And these lovely photos do not solve the mystery. However, I should note that this is an ornamental, not an edible, variety and that the burnt orange color of the flowers (the "beans"?) is unusual -- most tend to be in the pink to pinky beige range.
