Burrogami is proposed as the next step in burrito architecture: "Instead of just rolling the burrito up into a frigging tube shape, why not fold the tortilla into something interesting and beautiful, like a swan, or a frog, or a bloodied scimitar?" (There are other interesting burrito-related suggestions on the halfbakery web site if you poke around -- including a proposal to make egg rolls burrito-sized.)
