Remember how I was saying that moo shu is Cantonese for burrito? I was realizing this weekend that I know the Hindi for burrito, too:

Chole bhature.

It's chickpeas in a spicy red curry served with tortil... I mean, bhature, which are puffy fried round discs of bread. Yeah, kind of like tortillas. And you wrap the chole in the bhature and you eat it, and lord, is it good.
